Abstraction Advisors LLC
The curriculum is open to everyone. The exam-specific preparation is not.
Abstraction Advisors is an enterprise AI firm, established in 2016 and an Anthropic Certified Partner. Abstraction Partners is its academy: the route by which we prepare, examine, and recruit the practitioners the firm needs.
Our day job is not training.
Abstraction Advisors puts enterprise AI into production inside banks, telecoms, ministries, logistics operators, and mid-market firms. Today that is more than seventy-five practitioners across the Gulf, the Levant, Europe, and North America, working for Fortune 500 clients and under contract to the government of Saudi Arabia.
That work sets the requirements: governance, procurement cycles, integration debt, and people who need to keep using the system after we leave. It is also the reason this academy exists. Every time we staffed an engagement, the same problem surfaced. The market has no shortage of people who are curious about AI, and a real shortage of people who can be trusted with an enterprise deployment.
We were the first Anthropic Certified Partner in the Middle East and remain one of very few. We would rather state that precisely than claim to be the only one. What it means in practice is that the exam-specific preparation reaches this region at all, and that we can sit a candidate for the certification instead of leaving them to find a route of their own.
Four tiers, never blurred.
Anthropic’s open curriculum is free and we will point you at it whether or not you apply. What we sell is the row above it: the exam-specific preparation, a cohort, and mentorship from people doing the work. Collapsing these rows into “pay $150, get certified and hired” is the one thing we never do, because it isn’t true.

We are expanding, and we need the people.
Abstraction Advisors is opening delivery in North Africa. A firm of seventy-five cannot staff that from its existing bench, and we would rather build the practitioners we need than compete for people trained by someone else to a standard we did not set. That is the whole reason this door is open to applicants from outside the firm.
So the selection is not decorative. We prepare candidates for all four credentials, and the people we are most interested in are the ones who can take all four and pass them. Those candidates are put forward for the bench. Candidates who clear some but not all are introduced to hiring firms across our client and partner network, which is a shorter route to being seen than applying cold. Neither is a promise. Both are real.
Four regions, not one market.
We operate across four regions and do not treat them as one market. Cohorts run in English and in Arabic, scheduled around the working week in each region.
The Gulf
National AI strategies have moved faster than the labour supply. Organisations in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, and Kuwait are commissioning Claude deployments now. We deliver into that market ourselves, including under government contract, so we know precisely which certified roles are short.
The Levant
Deep technical talent, strong engineering fundamentals, and a persistent gap between local capability and the credentials international buyers recognise. Much of our cohort work here is translation: taking real experience and making it legible to an enterprise procurement process.
North Africa
The expansion market, and the reason we are admitting from outside the firm this year. Strong engineering schools, a francophone and arabophone talent base, and almost no certified Claude practitioners yet. We are hiring here, and we would rather train the bench than import it.
North America
A more mature buyer, a more crowded field, and a higher bar. Here the credential is less an introduction than a differentiator. It settles the question of whether someone has been tested or has simply been present.
Vision
A region where Claude fluency is an institution-backed credential, and the people who earn it have a firm standing behind them.
Where credentials move visa categories, salary bands, and promotion committees, “I took an online course” carries no weight. “I was selected by an Anthropic partner, prepared against the exam blueprints, certified at Pearson VUE, and taken onto their bench” is a story with institutions attached to every clause. We exist to make that second story ordinary.
Mission
Select a small cohort, take them properly through all four certifications, and hire the ones who clear them.
Concretely: review every application by hand; admit only to genuine mentorship capacity and honour the cap; deliver the exam-specific preparation and real coaching rather than a link to free material; sit candidates for an exam they pay for themselves; put the strongest forward for the bench; and introduce the rest to firms in our network. Every promise is one we can keep for everyone we admit, which is precisely why we admit so few.
Goals
What we hold ourselves to.
Near-term
- Fill each cohort to true mentorship capacity, and turn people away when it’s full.
- Staff the North Africa expansion from the cohort rather than from the market.
- Measure the whole chain: application, admission, exam sittings, and pass rates across all four.
Structural
- Treat admits as the firm’s talent pipeline; measure success on hires to the bench.
- Build the reputational asset: alumni whose credential visibly moved their careers.
- Widen the partner network so an introduction is worth something to a candidate who falls short of four.
Guardrails
- The exam fee is always disclosed up front: page, call, and checkout.
- The bench is always “considered,” never “guaranteed.” No job-guarantee language.
- We say we were first in the region, not that we are the only one. Precision costs us nothing.
Offer positioning
Anthropic’s curriculum is open to everyone. The exam-specific preparation is not.
The offer
One-time $150 for three months of Academy access: a curated path, the exam-specific partner-network preparation, a cohort, and mentorship. Admission by application only, capped each month, open internationally, and every application read by hand. The Anthropic certification and its exam fee are separate, paid to Anthropic and sat at Pearson VUE, and we sit you for it as your partner. Consideration for the bench is earned by clearing all four credentials, never sold; the bench is remote, with no visa sponsorship or relocation.
How it sounds
An admissions office, not a growth funnel. Restrained, formal, quietly confident. In a feed of neon gradients and countdown timers, quiet ivory is the pattern interrupt, and the restraint is the conversion mechanism. We say exactly what we mean and let the credential carry the weight.
What we never say: “get certified for $150” · “certification is impossible without a partner” · “we are the only partner in the Middle East” · “guaranteed job or placement” · anything implying Anthropic endorses our marketing · any depiction of a certificate or use of Anthropic’s mark.
